And the awakening happens at different times.....these things are preordained and you need to go through all the experiences in the 20s and 30s to prepare you for what you are doing in your 40s.

Yes, unfortunately......some people have to hit rock bottom or be jolted off their seat to make a change.

Better late than never. I am always proud of what you are doing and the awareness that you are bringing with your stories.

Michele - I don't even consider myself to be a drinker, but on Wednesday due to a series of events during the day I found myself getting buzzed with a glass of wine during a dinner that evening. I wasn't happy....and I said....never again on a weekday when I am driving. I had no business driving back home in that state....I am thankful I made it home, but not my proudest moment.
