Cultural and religious beliefs about sex and sexual repression have resulted in many people, including me, having warped ideas about sex and its purpose. I think that ruined it for me, not the sexual revolution that talks about safe sex, and openness in showing affection and intimacy toward someone you love and care for regardless of whether you are married or not.
