Don't be so hard on yourself. I write with a pen name and I still find it difficult to share all my thoughts. It's the nature of the beast of being on a social platform. You could come back in an alias and write your heart out. If you are writing for an audience then you will have to worry about what they have to say, but if you are writing for yourself then don't care about the readership, the claps, or the comments and keep writing.
