ENM may not be for everybody but as the Yearning Lover describes below, it does work for some couples. When I was in a sexless marriage, it was because there was too much unhappiness and resentment about roles that had been unresolved. While I was being blamed for being asexual, I did not know until I came out of that marriage that there was nothing wrong with me sexually. We were just not a sexually compatible couple. Perhaps, the love that once present had corroded along the way and we were left with nothing to salvage.
