First take a deep breath and remember - everything will be alright! Om!!

Now, every place has it's own rules about COVID testing and/or proof of vaccination. Be sure to read up on your destination country about that. Yes, you will be able to handle a mask on a long haul flight. Although the mask mandate was supposed to be made optional a few weeks back. It's for your own safety to wear the mask and sanitize in an enclosed space like an airplane.

The US requires a -ve COVID test upon re-entry so I carry a certified test kit that is proctored and I get a certificate by email. Try to travel on weekdays with fewer traffic than weekends.

You will be fine - if you are a seasoned traveler before COVID, you will just add another feather to your hat with post-covid travel. :) Be sure to buy travel insurance.
