Great question! I don't think it's the age, but compatibility and where each one is at that point in their lives. At 45, I am very close to being an empty nester. However, men who are 45-50 who are divorced may have much younger kids and busy with their upbringing. When I am ready - "when" - I would be open to men about 10-15 years older.
