I agree 100%. People who do not put in the work for reflection and inner growth by learning from the lessons that life has to teach them, do not accumulate wisdom. I do believe some people are not capable of that deeper level of thinking and reflection. Life will pass them by on the surface with patterns repeating and being puzzled everything they are hit with adversity.
