I am experiencing the high of getting to know someone who seems like a kind, decent, and thoughtful person. I like being in this "let's see" phase and ride the wave for as long as it will take it. It's been a breath of fresh air and I am enjoying every minute of it, but being cautious about the pain that's part of the package deal.
