I am sorry to see you leave the profession but teacher burnout is a real thing. We don't do enough to elevate the profession and instead have diluted it to the ranks of a day laborer - more work with less pay. Now to fill the teacher shortages, the States have come up with shortcuts to get anybody who wants to teach a temp license to teach. It's a travesty that we spend more money in the juvenile justice system than on education our youth.
