I am with you 100% on this one, but I settled for a 80-20 parenting with my ex to get as much stability as possible for the kids. he has shown time and again that he is not capable of being the resposible and responsive parent, so why bother now. It's not fair as I barely get 4 days of the month to myself, but I know this is short lived as my kids are reaching adult age and this too shall pass.
