I can totally relate. I am a travel agent's worse nightmare. I have one I used in India because I want a reliable driver and a car. She is used to me now. She will send me a total package, and I will strip her of every single item and leave only the car, driver, and the local guides. Haha! But I've learnt that the travel agents don't cost us anything as they get a commission on the other end. I have a friend who does this. LMK if you want another travel agent on your contact list. :)
