I feel your pain. Yes, co-parenting is stressful and it feels like we can never rid ourselves of this person we choose to not be with anymore. The children will have a tough time with the changes but things will soon settle down with them as they get older and make sense of things. The wave feels so large dragging you down, but you will come up for air. When you look back, (I hope) you will feel validated that your freedom made all this pain worthwhile.
