I just heard a friend say that the first marriage is a like a starter home, a prelude to something bigger and better. Like you, I too married someone I knew since I was 18. I was certain he was my soulmate, but things changed along the way. I am too new in my new relationship and I am not sure anymore what a soulmate looks or feels like, but I hope to experience this new love and see where we end up.
