I never knew "Dry January" existed until I heard a colleague say something about it today and then I came across your article just now. I am not much of a drinker, so I don't think I will have problem. I remember in 2020 - I was off alcohol from Jan - June. I do realize I am drinking wine more often in the last 3 months to keep "some" people company (wink, wink). But after a trip next week, I am going to go dry again.
