I read it in 2012 and despite the poor writing I finished it. No guilt and no shame back then. It was my first experience with erotica. I have mixed feelings about the whole story line and the dominance, etc. I think end of the day it's also about this guy who had some trauma/issues from childhood that he needed to sort out. Now I can't remember if he does get the therapy and help he needed to heal or if she was the "healer."
