I signed up on the app and joined a few groups, but I was able to go out to only one event. The timing or the location was never convenient for me. I considered hosting my own Meet Up group closer to home so I could have control over the logistics, but things got busy and I ditched the whole idea. I agree that it can be a great way to meet like-minded people and engage in activities of mutual interest.
