Interesting comparison to Britain. I don’t know enough about the UK and his public policies and welfare schemes to comment, but a friend of mine from London noticed the same about the US - the number of homeless people on the streets. Much has to do with mental health and healthcare; don’t know if much has to do with choice as well.
