It was many years back when I was a teenager and had no credit cards. My friend and I had 100 Rupees (Indian currency) and went out to eat. We ate for 99, thinking we would leave the one rupee as tip. We were too naive/ ignorant to factor in the tax....but the restaurant folks saw the idiots we were and gave us a pass.
