Jill, this is my 7th or 8th year captaining a team and I say every year that it will be my last year. But this time I announced to my team that this will be my last year. I love the women on my team, I love the sport, and my superpower is to bring people together for shared experiences. It all works out in the end. BUT, there is that one person on the team who will make you think at least once in the season, WTF am I doing this again? Haha!
