Our stories are very similar - marrying your best friend and him having an emotional relationship; using a pen name because writing is therapy! There were many more reasons for ending the marriage, but when I got to read about the "affair" in the papers, he was full of lies and denial. Not sure how the best friend whom I could trust fully turned into an evasive liar!
