Powerful and honest look in the mirror. I’m sure it helps to get it all out. I relate to a lot of it. My wasband has the anxious attachment style and the one with the temper. I knew he would never be the one to initiate a separation or leave me. He would do his own thing but hold on to this facade.

I hope there is no next time for me to show what kind of a wife I can be….maybe a companion?
