I stayed in one place for the first 21 years of my life. Then I moved across oceans and have made so many moves that now I am used to starting over again in a new place. I've realized that I make friends and build a community of support wherever I go. My family is scattered and there seem to be fewer reasons to go back to my hometown as the years pass me by.
