Thank you for sharing your story. I can see the challenges of the age difference. My ex- father in law is 16 years older to his wife. Back in the day people used to think that he was walking with his daughter, but he is now 89 years old and frail and she is the one caring for him.

I love that you both are together and you have as much love for him. Perhaps, you will find more strenuous activities with your friends and other less strenuous things to do with your husband.
