There is no real formula to make friends. You will make connections at the oddest of places and times. It doesn’t happen like when we are in college, but friendships do develop as we get older…..when we least expect it. Also, friends don’t have to be the same age as us. I’ve made friends with women 16-17 years older, something I never thought about when I was 20. But it makes sense when I’m 45.
