This topic couldn't be more relevant for me now. I am in the middle of treatment for a pre(cancer) diagnosis related to stage 0 breast cancer. You are absolutely correct about the overdiagnosis and overtreatment. We could share notes on the biopsy experience too.

I agree that it has to be an individual decision as each case is so unique. I just heard of a 90-year old going through a lumpectomy and radiation and stopped short of chemo because the body wouldn't withstand that treatment.
