Tuning into Signs from the Universe

The universe has many ways of sending us affirmations and validations

I am not a religious person but I do believe that there is a higher power. That may very well be deep within us, in our subconscious, but for now, I will go with the power residing in the universe. I believe in the power of the mind and the presence of the energy fields around us.

To that end, I believe that the universe finds its ways to communicate with us in different ways. Some people are more attuned to these communications than others, but there are signs all around us if we are willing to pay attention.

I’ve always been an intuitive person and many times go with my gut feeling. Being mindful of the present is something I am doing more deliberately these days and wanted to share some ways in which I have been tuning in to the universe.

Dreams

One of the strongest ways I get my messages is through my dreams. I am a lucid dreamer and I write down my dreams when I remember them. It’s usually an emotion that is associated with the dream that I tune into, whether it is fear, sadness, joy, or a sense of calm.
