Two opposing emotions - true dat! That’s coming from me right now - traveling with my kids 14 and 17 who caught a stomach bug. From the excitement of going to see a new country to cleaning vomit on my vacation. Phew! Good news for you it will get marginally easier and you can go for that long walk leaving them alone. Hang in there and keep writing and share with your support system. I wish we had more dads sharing about how overwhelmed they are with parenting.
