Very well-written and level-headed piece with a lot of wisdom in there. I remember the phase of hating my parents and I know I am at the receiving end of it now with my daughter who is processing her own growth and development. It's all a cycle and the hope is that at the end of all of this, our children become mature, independent, and caring human beings.
