Well said, Lisa. Thinking about ways to make all the non-traditional careers at least close to "living wages" can help the cause. I didn't become a teacher to make millions, but I know that comes at a cost of relying on supplemental income elsewhere. Maybe there needs to be a mass-equalization or some recalibration in pay scales across industries and fields.
