Wow, I wouldn't have expected to see Indians in the Canary Islands, but then again it doesn't surprise me about all the places we have immigrated to. I too try to find an Indian restaurant for some daal and rice in my travels. I end up speaking with the people who work there and the conversations are great tales to retell.
