Wow! My son is 17 yrs and I am fully expecting him to say that next year when we sell the house and I move into a smaller space. I can see the shift when he wants to go over to his dad’s on weekends out of turn. It’s tough to let go of that primary role but I can see how that can be somewhat relieving too.
