Yes, I hear you. I really think it is all about timing too when those two profiles that are meant to connect will connect. Most of the profiles on the apps are rubbish, and if they are decent, then the person turns out to be a flake. If you are going to meet outside of apps then it requires you to put yourself out there actively in Meet Up groups and social events. I said I would do that, but didn't end up going to any of those.

Keep living your life fully and use the dating app as just a tiny sliver of possibility. You never know who is out there for you! (Ugh, sounds so cheesy).
