Yes, I hope it changes some day soon for you. I know how exhausting it is and I totally understand being on the receiving end with an 18-yr old who is going through their own "adolescent egocentrism" and think that they can think and talk like adults. AND I so hear you about how the style reminds you so much of your ex. I've learned not to take things too personally, but call them out on a few things just to exercise my own voice (which was lost during the marriage).
