Yes, it's a difficult realization but it is true. I was just telling someone as much as I love tennis, I find that three days a week is the optimal amount for me to keep the body running. And I didn't believe those who asked me to wait until I was 40 to deal with pain and ailments and they weren't wrong. I realize I will always have to live with some pain or discomfort for the rest of my life even after taking care of my body with diet and exercise. That's just the way it goes - the aging!
