Yes, it’s self-care. I love the idea that therapy can be helpful to unpack the good that’s going on too.

I am so happy that you feel empowered to go to therapy! I suggested it to someone recently and I think they were offered by the suggestion. It came from a place of concern, but it’s not easy for people to admit and realize that it can be helpful. If nothing is changing, what’s the harm in trying is my point.
