You are a beautiful person and an even better writer. I’m sorry for what you had to go through but I am glad you had the courage to leave. I was in Asia as an expat and know what you mean about white men going after all the you girls and viceversa. I wish you well for your new life. And oh, I love your dad’s wisdom.
