You bring up such points about the ownership of our stories. I have started sharing some with my children and what I have written is entirely from my point of view. I reckon that they have their own version of it as children if they remember a certain incident or they have featured in that story. It hasn't happened, but I can see how the characters in my story can claim ownership.
