You were too. young at 18 to know if you were wifey material. At 24, I am not sure I knew what wifey material was.......but we got into it and did our time. I am sure there was always room for improvement in every department of self-development. But we were growing with our spouses - together or apart is a different story.

Now I am think we are fortunate that we don't have to conform to those traditional ideals of marriage. I am not sure if I want to play "wife" again to anybody. I want the love, the intimacy, and the companionship and if I can manage that without entering the institution of holy fucking matrimony - I WILL!!!
